WOD 1 
2 Deadlifts EMOM for 10 min (every minute on the minute) @ 75% of your 1 rep max

WOD 2
Dimmel Deadlifts 2x20 at 70% of WOD 1

WOD 3 "Summer Dream"
10 min AMRAP where the first 5 min ladder up 1 burpee, 1 pull up, 2 burpee, 2 pull up ..... once at the 5 minute mark finish your ladder 5  and then immediately ladder back down to 1.  if you complete the ladder each additional burpee and pull up count as 1 rep each. Continue doing 1 and 1 until  10 min is up.
