Sorry for the late notice but there will not be a WOD today.
If your not running a 5k this morning, work on some of your skill work. Example: Handstand holds against a wall, 20 holds for 10 seconds rest as needed. Remember to hold your core tight, and point your toes toward the sky, with biceps close to your ears stay active the whole 10 seconds.
Next work on double unders for 10 min. Try to string as many together as possible...
