  1. hey guys, just wanted to say i'm so glad you found my blog! also, very flattered you named this WOD after me (it looks awfully tough!). i love what i'm seeing on your blog. looks like a garage full of people who aren't afraid to work hard. my husband and i started crossfit at home years ago and it changed our lives. keep up the good work and stay in touch!
