5 Pull-ups

15 Air Sguats

So to clairify 3 rounds of: Run 400m then, 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats, 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats, 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats.
