Also, mark your calendar for Wednesday evening October 26th.  5PM-7PM Jeremy Mullins owner of  CrossFit Thunder and CrossFit HQ nutritionist will be here to give a speech and answer any questions you have.. If you haven't heard his nutrition advice you need to make arrangements to be here..
