There won't be any classed today at the Box.  All coaches have to work.  So enjoy your rest day, and if you really can't take a rest day you can do the following at home/park/mall or where ever you would like :-)

For time:
Run 1 mile stopping every minute on the minute to do 4 burpees. 
For the more advanced scale that number up to 6 or 8 per minute.
