Hey DG this is a very important post..  We have some changes this next two weeks due to the Open WOD's and Coaches work schedules and travel. 
1.  We plan to hold true to CrossFit methods as to be ready for the unknown and unknowable.  Therefore, the daily WOD will not be posted until you get here and see it on the "White Board" :-)
2. There's some WOD time changes as you will see below.

This weeks WOD times:
Monday 27th   11am  and  6pm
Tuesday 28th   10am  and  5pm
Wednesday 29th  11am  and 6pm
Thursday 1st  11am  and 5pm
Friday 2nd   No WOD scheduled at this time.  This is subject to change but you may need rest if your doing the Open 12.2 WOD at CrossFit Thunder..
