WOD times:  9:30am  and  5pm

Pistols work on consecutive sets of 8 – 12 reps (each leg) rest as needed between each set.
then:
AMRAP 7:00 of 10 sit-ups, 10 toes-to-bar, 10 v-ups

then:
Accumulate 5:00 in a handstand position.
