Deadlift 4x7 at 60% 1RM
Ring Dips 4x 8-10

Then: 
 AMRAP 3 minutes
1. 500m Row + Max Rep Burpees
2. 12 Good Mornings 95/65, 12 Cheek to floor Push-ups
3. 10 Dumbbell Squat Cleans 35/25, 10 Toes to bar
*Rest 4 minutes between each station
